Q. For how long has Two Clucks been in business?

Two Clucks Home was born in the spring of 1992 which would make us over 15 years old today.

Q. Why are you called "Two Clucks Home"?
A.
Our company was started by "two sisters" who's first designs were hen and rooster stuffy animals and decorator pillows with paintings
of hens and roosters on them. A common term for the noise hens and roosters make is "to cluck" so the play on words had begun and so had
our company name "Two Clucks".

Q. Where is your company located?
A.
Two Clucks Home is located in the picturesque city of Penticton, BC, Canada and has been for 8 of it's 15 years. Previously we were
located in Westbank, BC.

Q.. Is Two Clucks Home Canadian owned and operated?
A.
Absolutely 100% Canadian owned and operated and very proud of it!

Q. What type of fabrics are used in your designs?
A.
We use nothing but top quality 100% cotton in our products so you can rest assured that when you order a Two Clucks item it will not
only be stylish and comfortable but durable also.

Q. Does Two Clucks Home stand behind their quality with a guarantee?
A.
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products for any reason simply contact us and tell us your story, we will get
back to you shortly to iron out any concerns you may have.

Q. How often does Two Clucks Home bring in new lines?
A.
Twice a year, spring and fall, we drop our oldest line and bring in a fresh, new look. In this way we stay ahead of our competition and
keep our customers up to date with the latest trends and fashions.

Q. If I purchased from a Two Clucks product line that has since been discontinued is there any way I can
add to my previous order?
A.
If you made an earlier purchase of a product line that has since been discontinued contact us and, depending on inventory levels and
minimum order approval, we will try our best to assist you.

Q. What is the best way to launder my Two Clucks Home bed, bath, and table linens?
A.
We recommend washing with either warm or cold water (we don't recommend hot, it may cause fading) and also make sure to use
detergents without bleach. Tumble dry when you are finished washing.

Q. Will Two Clucks linens fade?
A.
Any cotton products can fade in time. Too much sunlight, bleach, washing often in hot water, and using too much detergent in your
wash cycles all can affect your products. We strongly recommend adhering to our guidelines.

Q. Will any of your hand-painted items run in the wash?
A.
No. Two Clucks Home uses a permanent fabric dye that is not only non-toxic but also 100% machine washable and dryable (do not dry
clean your hand-painted items it will cause smudging). Refer to "What is the best way to launder my Two Clucks Home bed, bath, and
table linens" question for instructions.

Q. Can I iron my hand-painted items?
A.
Yes. You will not damage your hand-painted items with the iron, however, always iron the reverse side. It will keep your paint more
vibrant for much longer.

Delivery times may vary depending on inventory levels and other factors but generally when you order from Two Clucks Home online
you can expect delivery within 2 - 6 weeks.

Yes. We ship all over the world.
